With four, almost five, stores, the company worked with a hotel designer to create the store’s look. Rasmussen continued the conversation, giving a quick background on Neon Markets. Especially when hiring, showing quick responses and offering more than one personal phone call have set the store apart. Personalization and humanity are key qualities that have worked well for Family Express. “We’re in the business of building relationships,” Olympidis said. Olympidis noted that he saw many companies implement a short application process, yet Family Express finds success with a 30-day hire time, including three to four days of pass/fail orientation. One aspect of the company that stands out is its application process, due to its long timeframe. Olympidis introduced Family Express as a second-generation family business. Although the marriage was short, technically perhaps I was due nothing even though I was abandoned, Jayson orchestrated a well executed victory on my behalf. Jayson had all needed documentations and exhibits ready to present to the court. He was organized, concise, not to mention dressed for the part( the opposing was quite unprofessional on all counts). During the hearings, he far out shined the opposing counsel. I am very satisfied with Jayson’s knowledge, compassion and professionalism throughout this extremely difficult process. This is just one example of what he was able to accomplish for me. Jayson was able to, due to his professionalism and diligence, get me spousal support after only 4 months of marriage. In the state of Texas, you get spousal support for one month for each “year” that you are married, typically. The long/short or it is that my husband abandoned our marriage after 4 months. I hired Jayson to handle my divorce which although quite simple has turned out to be quite complicated. ![]()
